I hired Iris to be my mother's primary care giver. I saw her profile picture and I immediately knew she was the one to care for my mother. I interviewed her and hired her on the spot. My mother needed 24 hour care and Iris took the task whole heartily. She took care of all my mothers care that turned into 24 hour care. I was talking care of her until I needed spinal surgery. I inveted Iris to live in my mother's house to give her the care I couldn't give.
